? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor

a team of personal loan sales officers
? Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve team targets
? Drive

new customer acquisition

and build strong client relationships
? Monitor individual and team performance to ensure

target achievement

? Ensure compliance with

banking regulations & KYC policies

? Provide training, coaching, and continuous motivation to the sales team

Requirements:

?

2-3 years of UAE banking experience

in personal loan sales
?

Leadership experience

with a proven track record in managing a sales team
? Strong knowledge of

UAE banking products & personal loan services

?

Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) and English

? Excellent

sales, negotiation, and team management skills
