Fintrek Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Personal Finance Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting personal finance products, engaging with clients, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal finance products to customers in the UAE market. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and market research. Build and nurture strong client relationships by offering personalized financial solutions. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Engage with clients in Arabic and English to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions. Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and financial regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal finance sales within the UAE. Must be fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for in-person interviews.
