• Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
• Generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and their contact information.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
• Explain product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Address customer questions and objections effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Keep clients informed about new products, services, or promotions.
• Understand the needs and preferences of clients to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Handle objections and concerns while maintaining a positive rapport.
• Close sales deals by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs and market dynamics.
• Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive in the garments' industry in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of uniform products and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
