Job Title: Sales Executives FCL / LCL

The Shipping Company Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing accounts for FCL, LCL, and Air Freight services. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless end-to-end logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
o Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for FCL, LCL, and air freight services.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
o Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business.
o Understand client needs and propose customized logistics solutions.
o Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
o Collaborate with internal teams to design competitive and innovative solutions.
o Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies.
Coordination and Collaboration:
o Work closely with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
o Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding transit times, costs, and documentation requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and activity reports in CRM systems.
o Prepare and present sales forecasts, progress reports, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of sales experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
• Proven track record in selling FCL, LCL, and air freight services.
• Skills:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in logistics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cargowise).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
