• Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, digital platform and referrals).
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and expand market reach.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
