Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of consumer electronic products in the MDA segment, establishing strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the company's products are effectively promoted and sold.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the MDA segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners, distributors, and key customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor sales performance, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to retail partners and consumers to increase sales. Coordinate product deliveries, pricing negotiations, and promotional activities to ensure smooth business operations. Implement marketing strategies and brand promotion activities in retail locations. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights to the management team. Ensure proper in-store visibility of products through effective merchandising and promotional placements. Manage sales documentation, reports, and records using CRM or other software tools. Participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

3 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics (MDA). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics market and product categories. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.
