Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive with Logistics experience at Nifsy Logistics. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting products or services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous sales experience in the real estate or related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
• Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
• Integrating suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels.
• Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
• Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
• Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arrange shipment and transportation details with carrier agents.
• Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

An understanding of marketing methodologies and business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in merchandising and enhancing sales.

Strong Negotiation, problem solving skills

Well knowledge in shipping terms and customs procedures

Demonstrate a strong track record of results and generating new sales, and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience in within logistics , courier or freight industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
