Job Description

A well-established recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the company\'s services and capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and achievements.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA industry.
  • Experience in coffee Industry is preferable
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
