We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our client's team and drive the growth of our end-to-end cold solutions for perishable products and food items. In this role, you will play a key role in developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and positioning our brand as a trusted partner in the storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and generate new sales opportunities by researching and connecting with potential clients in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized cold chain solutions.
Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored proposals, showcasing our capabilities in end-to-end cold storage, transportation, and logistics services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing customer needs.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and addressing any challenges in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably in cold chain logistics, perishable goods, or FMCG sectors.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of cold storage and transport logistics, with an ability to convey technical information to clients in an accessible manner.
