Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our Cosmetics Division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, establishing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients in the beauty and cosmetics sector. This role requires someone with a strong background in sales, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to identify and leverage new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cosmetic products within the assigned region.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, including distributors, retail stores, and direct customers.

Market Research & Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth. Proactively seek out new business by identifying market gaps and leveraging brand strengths.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date with the latest cosmetic products and industry trends, ensuring you can effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct presentations and demonstrations for clients to promote products, increase awareness, and drive sales.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports to management detailing performance, key activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

Trade Shows & Events:

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and connect with potential clients.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Order Management & Coordination:

Oversee the order process from lead generation to product delivery, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or related consumer goods industry.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
