Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive for the Ajman Branch. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting core Products and cross-selling for Banking-finance (sales field), daily sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and negotiating deals. The role requires developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Accountabilities:

• Proven work experience as a sales
• A customer care executive will be preferred.
• Banking sales experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Minimum 1-year experience in the banking field in the UAE
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
