Salesperson Requirements:

• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Motivation to work through busy shifts.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, following up on purchases, and offering post-sales support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals.
• Record sales data, generate reports, and contribute to analyzing sales trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety, to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.
• Provide information regarding prices and after-sales services and ways in which the latter can be obtained.
• Suggest additional products in a bid to meet the company and self-sales targets.
• Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes.
• Create sales reports, detailing all transactions made in a day for the purpose of informing the management of individual sales progress
• Requirements
• 5 Years experience (minimum)
• UAE Driving License
• Dubai Residence Preferred
• Private Care as advantage is available
