Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for waterproofing and coating products.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including architects, contractors, builders, and project managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any Stream.
  • Proven sales experience of 3-4 years within the waterproofing and coating industry.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing and coating products, applications, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid UAE driver\'s license
