Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for waterproofing and coating products.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including architects, contractors, builders, and project managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Bachelor\'s degree in any Stream.
- Proven sales experience of 3-4 years within the waterproofing and coating industry.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing and coating products, applications, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must have a valid UAE driver\'s license
- waterproofing sales with applicator: 3 years (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
