Job Description

At Least 3 Years of experience 3 years of post-qualification experience in Sales and Marketing and possess active network with different companies, hotels, consultants, facility management, developers and contractors. The candidates should have a proven ability to grow the business and will be responsible for evaluating market requirements, timely adjustment to marketing strategy, developing new market (business units/products) and keeping abreast with market requirements. He should be analytical, a self-starter and should be ready to take up new challenges. With UAE driving license, College graduate, at least 2 years of UAE B2B, B2C sales experience and with good English communication skills.

Should have experience of sales of hygiene or floorcare products

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. territory and time management for the assigned customers/area

2. listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

3. maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via

telephone calls and emails;

4. cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

5. responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;

6. acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;

7. negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

8. gathering market and customer information;

9. representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;

10. overcoming any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

11. advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions ideas;

12. assist in creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that

is at times dictated by the prospective customer;

13. making accurate, rapid cost calculations and assist in providing customers with quotations

on time;

14. liaising with sales coordinator to check the progress & monitor existing/pending orders;

15. ensure outstanding collections are made on time with an aim at achieving zero bad debts for

assigned customers;

16. reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

17. gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;

18. feeding current/future trends back to the division/sales manager;

19. attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hygiene products: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
