We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the wallpaper, wall art, wall covering, and interior decor industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company's market share in this sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a strong sales background, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target new business opportunities in the wallpaper, wall art, and wall covering industry.
• Prospect and build a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients, showcasing the company's product portfolio, and understanding their needs.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, interior designers, contractors, architects, and retailers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up on existing accounts to ensure continued sales growth and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge & Market Research:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the wallpaper, wall coverings, and interior decor industry.
• Understand the features and benefits of the product range to effectively communicate with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Presentations & Negotiation:
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the product range, customization options, and pricing.
• Negotiate contract terms, prices, and delivery schedules to close sales deals successfully.
• Provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their specific needs, including bespoke wallpaper designs or specific wall art options.
• Sales Reporting & Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Report regularly on sales performance, achievements, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
• Update CRM software with client details, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the installation of large projects, liaising with customers, installation teams, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per the project requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wallpaper, wall art, or interior decor industry.
• Skills:
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of the wallpaper, wall art, and wall covering market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
