We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the wallpaper, wall art, and wall art printing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet company targets. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to offer customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Identify and target potential clients, including residential and commercial customers, interior designers, architects, and construction firms.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
• Conduct product presentations and site visits to showcase wallpaper, wall art, and printing solutions.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Product Knowledge & Consultation:
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in wallpaper, wall art designs, and printing technologies.
• Advise clients on product selection based on their requirements, whether it's wallpaper rolls, custom wall art prints, murals, or other wall decoration products.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track sales activities and report progress to the sales manager.
• Prepare sales forecasts and strategic plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
• Coordinate with the customer service team for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, wallpaper, or wall art printing industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of design trends and an understanding of the printing process for custom wall art and wallpapers.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and close sales effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A passion for design and home decor trends is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
