Sales Executive

to expand our client base. If you have a passion for sales and a strong background in interior design, renovation, or real estate, civil work we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and acquire new clients for villa and apartment renovation projects
? Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property developers, and real estate professionals
? Present and promote our interior design and renovation services to potential customers
? Conduct site visits, consultations, and product demonstrations
? Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
? Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

? Proven track record in sales within the interior design, renovation, or real estate industry
? Strong network and market knowledge in Dubai's residential sector
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in client engagement
? UAE driving license is a plus
