Reports To: Business Manager
Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the VFX industry, with a deep understanding of CGI, 3D animation, and post-production services. This role is crucial for driving new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships and contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
? Identify and qualify new leads through market research, attending industry events, and cold calling.
? Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and project requirements.
? Create compelling proposals and pitch presentations that showcase our capabilities and the value proposition of our services.
? Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
? Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, managing client expectations throughout the process.
? Collaborate effectively with production and creative teams to align sales efforts with project capabilities and timelines.
? Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services competitively.
? Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities to the Business Manager.
? Participate in developing and refining sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. Qualifications:
? 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the media and entertainment industry or a related field (e.g., advertising, marketing).
? Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
? In-depth understanding of CGI, 3D animation, and post-production processes, including pipeline management and software applications.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
? Established network of industry contacts and potential clients within the advertising sector
? Expertise in proposal writing and contract negotiation.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
? A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
? A passion for the creative industry and a keen eye for detail.
