Job Summary :
As a Sales Executive at our vape shop, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through product selections, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who is sales-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about the vape industry.
Key Responsibilities :
• Engage with customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance with product selection.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Maintain product knowledge of various vape products, e-liquids, and accessories.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and merchandise displays.
• Handle customer concerns and provide solutions that enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintaining daily tasks for handling social media accounts as per management requirements.
• Provide Daily,Weekly & monthly reports based on Management requirements (Very good skills in Computer and MS Office software are required).
Qualifications :
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a vape shop or retail environment.
• Passion for vaping and a strong knowledge of vape products and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• proven records for any previous works related to managing business accounts on different social media platforms.
