Creating Business & Delivering Results:
• Achieve Sales targets.
• Add value to every Sale by promoting Add-ons.
• Sales target achievement
• Finance / Insurance penetration
• CPO vehicles sold
• Achievement of leads & referral conversion rate
Customer Area:
• Consistently exceeds customer expectations.
• Assist the customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized, tailored sales experience.
• Ensure a smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
• Ensure that all contact (written, oral and personal presentation) with customers is conducted in such a manner as to enhance the company's reputation.
• Overall Satisfaction in CPO
• Number of test drives
• Achieving targeted level of customer satisfaction and growth targets.
Process Area:
• Generate lead for every enquiry.
• Follow up on the leads created to convert to sale.
• Ensure individual compliance to Company and Sales Process.
• Number of leads generated
• Enquiry closing ratios
Other:
• Ensure Product knowledge is up-to-date.
• Timely attendance

Qualifications :
Qualifications / Experience / Competencies: •(Consider Education / Experience type and minimum level; Special skills; Certifications and licenses etc.) •
• Graduate preferred
• 2-3 years in a similar or related function with proven record in vehicle sales
• UAE industry/region experience preferred
• Strong written, verbal and communication skills
• English a must, Arabic an added advantage
• Strong negotiation skills - assertive / persuasive
• Commercial awareness
• Problem solving capability
• Good interpersonal abilities; ability to get along with diverse personalities
• Results and people oriented
