Royal Phone Center is seeking a skilled Sales Executive with specialized experience in selling and purchasing used mobile phones (Apple and Samsung) . The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Apple products, Samsung devices, with a strong background in evaluating, buying, and selling pre-owned electronics. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist them with their inquiries.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable used Apple, Samsung mobile phones .
• Accurately evaluate and purchase used devices from customers, ensuring fair pricing and quality standards.
• Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits, particularly for Apple and Samsung products .
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales and buying targets.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on market trends for used Apple and Samsung devices , including pricing and new product releases.
• Build expertise in assessing product conditions and performing quality checks for pre-owned devices.
• Attend product training sessions to enhance knowledge and apply insights to boost sales.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the used mobile phone and laptop market , specifically with Apple and Samsung products.
• Strong understanding of Apple products (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks) and Samsung devices.
• Proven ability to evaluate, buy, and sell used electronics , ensuring optimal pricing and quality.
• Knowledge of laptop brands and models is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages Required : Basic proficiency in Arabic and English .
• Passion for learning about technology and staying updated with market trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/buying targets.
• A valid visa with an NOC (No Objection Certificate) is an advantage.
