Job Summary:

Windoor is seeking three dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of uPVC and Aluminum doors and windows to clients across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, who have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, and who are eager to be a part of a fast-growing company.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in increasing market coverage and driving sales growth for Windoor, ensuring our products are the preferred choice for homeowners, developers, and contractors in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors to achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Windoor's products, including the technical specifications of uPVC and Aluminum doors and windows, and effectively communicate these benefits to customers.
• Market Coverage: Actively promote Windoor's products across all regions of the UAE, ensuring maximum market penetration.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategies to maximize sales potential, while managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (operations, design, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to understand market trends and identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
• After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction, manage installations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries, ideally in doors and windows or building materials.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license with own transportation (preferred).
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required Skills:

• Sales Expertise: Strong track record in sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the uPVC and Aluminum doors and windows industry, or a willingness to quickly gain technical product knowledge. ( Preferred )
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and professionally.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence clients at all levels.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE market and local competitors is highly beneficial.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
