Responsible for reaching out to potential leads, evaluating and qualifying prospects, understanding the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, demonstrating the company\xe2\x80\x99s smart home solutions (vis on-site visits to potential customers), submitting offers, negotiating offers, and closing deals., This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, email, social media, networking, and handling the entire sales process until the deal conclusion.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through the allocated sales and marketing plan
Reach out to leads on-site or off-site sales, generated via different marketing channels and qualify them.
Arrange and conduct demonstration visits to leads and site inspections in order to introduce home automation solutions.
Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients until closing deals.
Work closely with the installation team to ensure effective completion while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability
Meet strictly the sales target allocated by the sales plan, measured by Management\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs
Maintain active engagement and good relationships with both new leads and existing customers through creative follow-up communications, with the intention of enhancing customer interest
Provide feedback about solutions posited in the market and customers\' feedback.
Generate a strong trust between the company and the client via highlighting our after-sale services in coordination with the concerns team.
Promote and raise awareness about smart home solutions, and convince household owners by using their promotion & presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or business administration, marketing, sales, or other related field in equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in home automation sales in the UAE (preferably B2C)
Has a proven track record in business development capabilities.
Experience in CRM systems is a plus.
