One of our client is looking for Sales Executive specializing in Outside Events ( Events service management industry). As a candidate you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying and securing opportunities for hosting events outside of our traditional venues. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements, and presenting tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, effective communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Core Duties and Responsibilities 1. Prospect and generate leads for outside event opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques. 2. Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences. 3. Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners and operations, to develop customized proposals and quotes for clients. 5. Present proposals and conduct site visits to showcase our capabilities and facilities for hosting outside events. 6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting their budgetary requirements. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards revenue targets. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. 9. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Operating Environment 1. High level of flexibility and adaptability to accommodate last-minute changes and client requests. 2. Emphasis on building and nurturing long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. 3. Occasional travel may be required to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings. 4. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, marketing and production & delivery to ensure seamless event execution. Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge 1. Formal Education \xc2\xb7 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Work Experience \xc2\xb7 2 - 3 years experience in event planning and management 3. Skills and Knowledge \xc2\xb7 Proficient in verbal and written communication in English. \xc2\xb7 Strong Client Relationship Management Skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to Collaborate Effectively with internal teams \xc2\xb7 Established industry network is a plus \xc2\xb7 Knowledge and ability to use CRM system 4.
