Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive specializing in Tyres to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting YALLA TYRES' selected brands effectively within the region.
Responsibilities
• Follow all steps of the sales process, from prospecting to post-sale follow-up, to attract new and retain current customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the correct tyre patterns for their vehicle and ensure timely delivery as agreed.
• Effectively schedule customer follow-ups and deliveries while utilizing strong time management and organizational skills.
• Report daily activities to the Sales Manager, including information on market conditions and competitors' activity.
• Visit key customers regularly to maintain and grow relationships.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitive products.
• Prepare documentation required for the sales process and ensure smooth completion.
• Complete credit applications for new customers in coordination with the credit manager.
• Secure sales targets in terms of units and margins.
• Implement commercial strategies and support marketing activities to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the acquisition process.
• Represent YALLA TYRES and its selected brands professionally and adhere to company policies.
Requirements for the Role
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the tyre industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding customer service ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
