Drift Tyres, a leading name in the tyre and auto mechanic industry in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of tyres and automotive mechanics, coupled with a proven track record in sales. This role requires a motivated individual who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Identify and target potential customers in the tyre and automotive industry.
• Promote and sell a wide range of tyres and automotive services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide expert advice to customers on tyre selection, maintenance, and automotive repairs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Technical Knowledge and Support:
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various types of tyres and their applications.
• Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding tyre and auto mechanic issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and products in the tyre and automotive industry.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Administrative and Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tyre and automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of tyres and automotive mechanics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
• Qualifications:
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• A diploma or degree in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.
