Sales Executive - Training and Education sector

Responsibilities:

The candidate must:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• will drive our sales pipeline, generating new business through cold calling, nurturing leads, and closing deals. The candidate will work closely with a dynamic team to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

• Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.

• Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits, and tailor your approach to each customer's needs.

• Schedule appointments for in-person or virtual meetings with qualified leads.

• Follow up with leads quickly and professionally to maintain engagement and progress sales conversations.

• Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

• Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding sales quotas and targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products/services.

Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in cold calling techniques and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Set up meetings with potential clients and attend to their requests and concerns.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

• Identify training improvements or new courses by remaining current on industry trends,

market activities, and competitors.

• Maximize sales revenues & meet institute objectives.

• Generate new leads, manage & grow the business of the company.

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills

• Negotiation, Problem -solving and Presentation Skills

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating technique

• Good computer skills

• Excellent prior experience with corporates, universities and vendors will be an added

advantage.

sales: 1- 3 years (Preferred)

• Experience from Training/Education will be an advantage.
