Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a target-based sales role, the Sales Executive will be expected to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through a combination of strategic prospecting, relationship management, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within specified timelines.
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Client Acquisition : Proactively reach out to potential clients and introduce company products or services to meet their needs and drive sales.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos to prospects to showcase product benefits and secure sales.
• Sales Negotiation : Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals with clients to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and the customer.
• Account Management : Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor sales strategies.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company's CRM system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth transitions for prospects and clients throughout the sales process.
• Sales Forecasting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regarding pipeline status and revenue projections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,750.00 per month
