We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the stationery sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the stationery market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our product line, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the stationery market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range and effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
