Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to actively go into the market, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential customers in the spare parts retails/ Manufacturing sector. This position is ideal for someone with a keen understanding of the automotive and spare parts industry, a talent for sales, and the motivation to exceed targets and drive growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively research and identify potential clients in the market for spare parts retail/manufacturing.
• Conduct regular field visits to establish new customer contacts and strengthen existing relationships.
• Promote company products to prospective customers like Car Garages, Spare parts shops, etc by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers, increase sales, and expand market share.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing opportunities within assigned territories.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the DMS system.
• Provide feedback to the sales and product teams to improve customer offerings and develop tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive or spare parts industry.
• The ability to effectively drive the sales process, close deals, and negotiate favorable terms with clients is crucial for meeting targets and expanding the customer base.
• A strong understanding of the spare parts market, product offerings, and customer needs to offer tailored solutions and differentiate himself from competitors.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is essential to ensure repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in system and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts in the spare parts industry.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required, with Arabic and other languages as optional.
