Job Purpose:

Develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships.

Increase the business volume by serving customers and companies with their technical needs.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Excellent Communication Skill Required in Arabic, English & Hindi

Actively prospect and identify potential clients in the target market.

Generate leads and conduct thorough research to understand client needs and requirements.

. Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, offering solutions and recommendations.

. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Coordination with contractor/client/consultant for smooth execution of works undertaken.

Collection of payments against works completed.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and excellent after-sales support.

. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry or a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is preferred. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers effectively. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Valid UAE driving license is highly desirable
