We are leading provider of high-quality laptops and related accessories, specializing in e-commerce. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:



Sales Activities:

- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat to promote and sell laptop products.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable laptop models and accessories based on their requirements.

- Follow up on leads, address inquiries, and close sales deals to meet sales targets.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of the laptop product range, including specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively sell to customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with post-sales queries such as product usage, troubleshooting, and warranty details.

Address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Provide ongoing support to customers and ensure satisfaction with product deliveries and services.

Marketing and Promotions:

Assist in creating and executing online marketing strategies to increase product visibility and online sales.

Help develop content for online ads, social media, and product listings to engage with potential customers.

Monitor digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness to improve sales performance.

Reporting:

Track sales performance and report key metrics such as leads generated, sales conversions, and customer feedback to management.

Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Requirements:



Experience:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in e-commerce or the technology sector.

Experience with online sales platforms and e-commerce tools.

Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and convince customers.

Proficiency in using laptops and MacBooks, including understanding of key features, functions, and applications (basic technical knowledge is a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of laptop products, including specifications, operating systems, and brands.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., noon, Amazon, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with customers in the tech or electronics sector.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
