Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advertising. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives. Present and promote our advertising services, including digital marketing, print media, and social media campaigns. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs. Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized advertising solutions that meet client expectations. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry. Strong understanding of advertising principles and digital marketing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media advertising and online marketing tools. Familiarity with design concepts and creative processes in advertising.
