Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Chartered Accountant firm in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the auditing and accounting field in the UAE market. In addition, a valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential clients for our accounting and auditing services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.

Product Knowledge
Stay updated on our firm's services, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to accounting and auditing in the UAE.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients.

Client Engagement
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our firm's capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with our team of Chartered Accountants to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges to the management team.

Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to sales activities and client engagements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience in the auditing and accounting field in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
• Knowledge of local market trends and potential clients in the UAE.
