As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our services to a wide range of businesses, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients, generating qualified leads through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging presentations and meetings to showcase our services and solutions, demonstrating how we can help clients achieve their business goals.
• Client Relationship Management : Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals successfully.
• Achieving Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our services.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and report to management regularly.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
