Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advertising. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
• Present and promote our advertising services, including digital marketing, print media, and social media campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media advertising and online marketing tools.
• Familiarity with design concepts and creative processes in advertising.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
