Possess extensive product knowledge of computers, laptops, servers, printers, and related IT hardware. Skilled in maintaining detailed sales and client data in Excel, ensuring accurate record-keeping and analysis. Known for excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships and effectively close deals. A results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the refurbished IT product market and a commitment to delivering value to clients.
