Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE tourism market. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tourist activities, seasonal trends, and key stakeholders in the industry with established network to attract and retain clients while maximizing sales opportunities during peak and off-peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Promote outbound travel packages, including international tours, airfare, accommodations, and excursions.

Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and target new markets to expand outbound tourism sales.

Collaborate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate competitive rates.

Sales and Business Development:

Stay updated on UAE tourist attractions, activities, and events.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities during peak tourist seasons.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Drive promotions and packages to attract international and domestic tourists.

Provide recommendations based on seasonal demand and customer preferences.

Networking and Collaboration:

Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, adventure companies, event organizers, and transportation providers.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials targeting the tourism sector.

Operational Support:

Ensure seamless coordination of activities for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in sales, specifically within the UAE tourism industry.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UAE tourist activities, attractions, and peak travel seasons.

Contacts: Strong network of industry professionals, including travel agencies, tour providers, and hospitality partners.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other foreign languages is a plus.

Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
