Job Overview: As an Experienced Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, presenting and selling our products/services, and closing deals in line with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.)

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales potential.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product/service offerings.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors to stay competitive.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure long-term business relationships

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a sales role (preferably 3+ years), with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

A self-starter with a high level of motivation and initiative.

A valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
