Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales. Schedule customer appointments and customer complaints.
Requirement and Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Fast learner and passion for sales
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
A college degree
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Candidate Must have:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi / Arabic
Ability to close target on monthly basis
Strong interpersonal skills
Must collaborate with team for growth
Proficiency in MS Office will be an additional advantage
Having a valid UAE driving license will be an additional advantage
Having strong knowledge about bituminous petroleum products will be an additional advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
