Job Description

Job PurposeThe Sales Executive will play a crucial role in growing and maximizing revenues from sales of the organization's products and services by implementing commercial strategy and tactics. The role also involves enabling necessary skill and organizational development. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersKey Result Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, channel partners and their technical representatives early in the sales cycle and throughout the sales process to understand their business needs and solution objectives.
  • Utilize internal data and tools, tap into industry relationships and leverage savvy networking skills to generate new sales leads.
  • Effectively communicate product value, features, and benefits unique to each buying scenario in a compelling manner.
  • Build trusting and productive relationships with key influencers, industry organizations, teammates, and internal partners.
  • Pursue and develop sales opportunities including sales visits, product presentations, proposals and negotiations, closing of sales and involvement of after-sales service delivery throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Assist the overall marketing effort by contributing ideas and participating in product launches, trade events, conferences, etc.
  • Promote and sell products, services and solutions through direct contacts, events and roadshows.
  • Deliver sales presentations to customers, senior management, and demonstrate products.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis.
  • Be a pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure that overall company objectives are met.
  • Performs any other additional responsibilities as directed by the line manager.
Key Result Responsibilities-ContinuedQualifications (Academic, training, languages)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Highly customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent English communication and written skills.
  • Highly developed PC skills
  • Ability to work with multicultural customers.
Work Experience
  • Work experience in IT company, airline, or aviation company.
  • Knowledge of PSS, Crew management, and Flights Operation systems
  • Knowledge of Arabic or other languages would be advantageous.
  • CRM experience.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in sales.
  • Highly customer service oriented.
  • Excellent English communication and written skills.
  • Highly developed PC skills with minimum 2 years of experience in using MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
