JOB SUMMARY
This position will work closely with the Sales Manager and primarily be responsible for generating new business for the rubber and silicon extrusion product line. Additionally, will be actively, maintaining existing accounts while developing new sales opportunities.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sustain and build sales of rubber products in the assigned territory through direct sales.
Maintain existing accounts while developing new accounts.
Develop and maintain sales pipeline for growth opportunities.
Convert targets into new accounts in similar applications and markets.
Provide weekly sales report on existing client base and new business development.
Work with the sales manager and stakeholders to develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
Support OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and end users quoting key components of the products.
Keep abreast of the market trend and product developments and communicate the same to the stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in business/technical discipline.
3-5 years of experience in direct/indirect sales of rubber moulding/ extrusion products.
A valid UAE driver's license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
Strong competitive drive with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
