Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in industrial maintenance and HVAC services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within these technical sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies for Industrial maintenance and HVAC service solutions.

2. Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with new clients in relevant industries.

3. Present and demonstrate technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth of services.

7. Prepare and submit sales reports in a timely manner for management review.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in industrial maintenance and HVAC services, preferably in the UAE.

2. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.

3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. A valid UAE driving license and own car are required.

Educational Qualification: Degree Holder

Salary: Competitive salary + Commission + Insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
