Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the sales of ceramics and porcelain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have moderate experience in the industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's overall success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals in the ceramics and porcelain sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including retailers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
• Identify potential business opportunities and actively pursue new sales leads.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information to clients.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences in the UAE.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance

Qualifications :

• Experience : 2-4 years of experience in sales within the ceramics and porcelain industry.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the ceramics and porcelain market in the UAE, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Sales Skills : Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build strong client relationships and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated : Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Driving License : Valid UAE driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with interior design or construction projects.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
