As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Keyspace Group, recently awarded as one of the leading real estate brokers in Northern Emirates, meeting potential buyers, showcasing properties, and closing deals. This role focuses on converting leads into satisfied homeowners through excellent customer service and sales skills.
Salary Offer: Basic of AED 3000 for first three months + 10% commission from the deal closed. (Can get 10k and above)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
2. Provide comprehensive information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions.
3. Guide clients through the buying process, from initial viewing to closing.
4. Negotiate sales terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends.
6. Build and nurture relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
7. Prepare and present offers and contracts.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
9. Attend open house events as needed.
10. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Atleast 1 to 2 years of experience in sales field
3. Trainable, enthusiastic, with positive personality.
4. Excellent English Communication skills with Neutral Accent
5. Professional & presentable look.
6. Strong ability to close deals.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
8. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CAR IS A MUST.
