Sales Executive
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships within a designated territory or market segment. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales initiatives and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other means.
• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive threats.
• Reporting and Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Requirements:
• Availability to travel within the designated sales territory.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
