Location: Sharjah - Al Sajaa

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 3 years in trading Natural Stones (Marble & Granites)

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market for natural stone products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Address client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of various natural stone products, including marble and granite.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Sales Operations:
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Report regularly to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the natural stone industry, specifically marble and granite, within the UAE market.
• Skills:
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region. (Not Mandatory)
