THINKERSTEPS TECHNOLOIGES LLC is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the jewelry industry. Our software helps jewelry shops streamline their operations, manage inventory, and enhance customer relationships. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and expand our client base in the UAE.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our jewelry software solutions to jewelry shops across the UAE. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, provide tailored demonstrations, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential jewelry shop clients in the UAE.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in jewelry shops.
• Provide personalized software demonstrations to potential clients.
• Communicate the value proposition of our software and how it meets client needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the software or jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of the jewelry market in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
