Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for generating sales for the cargo forwarding services using a variety of sales techniques. \xc2\xb7 Cold calling potential customers and selling the companys shipping services. \xc2\xb7 Formulating proper quotation \xc2\xb7 Researching the target market and finding companies to target. \xc2\xb7 Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales. \xc2\xb7 Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales. \xc2\xb7 Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager. \xc2\xb7 Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the sales manager. \xc2\xb7 Creating invoices and sending out to customers following a sale. \xc2\xb7 Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers. \xc2\xb7 Following up with past customers and cross selling shipping services. \xc2\xb7 Providing assistance to other members of the sales team. \xc2\xb7 Following up on leads generated by other departments. \xc2\xb7 Investigating and resolving queries from customers. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years experience with cargo forwarding and shipping industry \xc2\xb7 Values accuracy on shipping documents like quotation and invoice etc. \xc2\xb7 Has initiative to follow-up shipment operations from negotiating with clients, collecting shipping requirements, delivery of shipment until settlement of payment. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and organized individual. \xc2\xb7 Track record of achieving KPIs and targets. \xc2\xb7 Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and companies with all kinds of nature. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
