The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the furniture, storage, and shelving sectors, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives within the furniture, storage, and shelving industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services and establish professional networks.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the furniture, storage, and shelving industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
